This page explains, in plain language, exactly what Omaha Concrete Lift is, how we make money, and what that means for you as a homeowner.

We Are Not a Contractor

Omaha Concrete Lift is a marketing and referral website. We do not perform concrete leveling, mudjacking, polyjacking, or any related construction or repair work. We are not licensed as a contractor, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a claim that we are a licensed contractor or that we perform physical work on your property.

How We Make Money

When you submit a quote request through our contact form, we forward your project details to one or more independent, local concrete leveling contractors. Those contractors may pay Omaha Concrete Lift a referral fee, lead fee, or similar form of compensation for that introduction. This is our primary business model. It costs you nothing, and it should not change the price a contractor quotes you for the work.

We Do Not Guarantee the Lowest Price

We do not negotiate pricing on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that any contractor we connect you with offers the lowest available price for your project. We encourage you to request multiple quotes and compare them before making a decision.

We Do Not Endorse or Warrant Any Specific Contractor

Being included in our referral network is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any contractor's licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, reliability, or business practices. We do not independently verify every credential of every contractor in our network on an ongoing basis, and we make no warranty, express or implied, about the outcome of any work performed by a contractor you are matched with.

We Do Not Display Our Own Reviews or Ratings

Because Omaha Concrete Lift does not perform concrete leveling work, we do not have customer reviews of our own workmanship to display, and we do not publish invented or third-party reviews as if they were ours. Any reviews of contractor work belong to the contractor, not to us.

Verify Before You Hire

Before agreeing to any work or payment, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Ask the contractor directly for proof of their business license and liability insurance.
  • Independently verify licensing status through the appropriate state or local licensing authority, if applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Get a written estimate, scope of work, and any warranty terms in writing before work begins.
  • Confirm payment terms directly with the contractor — Omaha Concrete Lift is not involved in, and does not process, payment for contractor work.

Your Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by Omaha Concrete Lift and/or the contractor(s) your request is shared with, by phone, text/SMS, or email, regarding your project, as described in our Privacy Policy and on our contact page.
